Insurance-based care looks different from clinic to clinic. This is how The Tide is built.

Does this sound familiar?

It’s not “just your age.” It’s worth a real conversation.

  • “Hot flashes out of nowhere.”
  • “Night sweats wreck my sleep.”
  • “My periods are all over the place.”
  • “I’m anxious or on edge.”
  • “My brain feels foggy.”
  • “I just don’t feel like me.”

These are common in perimenopause and menopause, and they can have more than one cause. You don’t need the right words to start the conversation.

Before you decide

Good questions. Clear answers.

What does $149/month include?
Your hormone therapy and a monthly one-on-one visit with your provider, in person or by video, with your plan adjusted as you go. Your $49 first consult and testosterone (an add-on that requires labs) are separate. Your provider walks you through exactly what your plan includes before you start.
Do you take insurance?
No. The Tide is self-pay and does not bill insurance. That’s what lets us build care around time with your provider instead of insurance approvals. Many women use HSA/FSA funds.
Isn’t HRT supposed to be risky?
Like any treatment, hormone therapy has benefits and risks, and they depend on your age, health history, timing, and the type of therapy. Your provider reviews your personal risk picture with you before recommending anything, and keeps monitoring at your monthly visits.
Can I start if I’m still cycling?
Yes. Many women start in perimenopause, while they’re still having periods. Your provider looks at your symptoms and history to decide whether the program is a fit.
Which hormones are included?
The program most often includes estradiol and progesterone. Your provider recommends a plan based on your symptoms and history, and reviews the options, benefits, and risks with you. Testosterone is not part of the $149 program: when it’s appropriate, it’s an add-on that requires lab work first, and your provider will go over the cost with you.
