IV therapy, run like medicine. Not a menu.

Screened

Every IV protocol starts with a clinical conversation and appropriate screening

Structured

Defined protocols with a purpose, not an open-ended menu

Honest

We tell you what an infusion can do for you, and when it can't

What is clinical IV therapy

The difference between an IV bar and an IV protocol.

IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and select therapies directly, bypassing digestion. For the right patient and the right purpose, that's genuinely useful: recovery from illness or heavy exertion, hydration support, and protocols like NAD+ that require slow, supervised infusion.

The wellness industry turned IVs into a lounge menu. We run them as clinical protocols: screening first, a defined purpose, provider oversight, and honest expectations about what an infusion will and won't do for you.

That honesty cuts both ways. If you're a healthy person with a functioning gut, many nutrients are absorbed perfectly well by mouth for a fraction of the cost, and we'll tell you so. When an IV protocol genuinely fits your situation, we'll tell you that too, and run it properly.

Protocols

What we run, and why.

Every protocol has a defined purpose. If none of them fit your situation, the honest answer is a different recommendation, and you'll get it.

Recovery

Hydration & recovery

Fluid and electrolyte support after illness, travel, or heavy exertion, when your situation actually calls for it.

Micronutrient

Vitamin protocols

Targeted vitamin and micronutrient infusions where clinically reasonable, with honest framing about oral alternatives.

Cellular energy

NAD+ series

Slow, supervised NAD+ infusions in a defined series, with the full evidence conversation on our NAD+ page.

Screening

Cleared before the chair

A clinical conversation and appropriate screening before your first infusion, because IVs are medicine, not a beverage.

Oversight

Provider-supervised

Protocols run under provider oversight with proper technique, rates, and monitoring.

Fit

Layered with your program

IV protocols often work best as one layer of a broader plan: hormones, metabolic health, or recovery, managed under the same roof.

Realistic expectations

What it can, and can't, do.

Setting expectations honestly is part of the work. Here's the straight version.

What IV therapy does well

  • Rapid hydration and electrolyte support when genuinely indicated
  • Delivery of protocols that require supervised infusion, like NAD+
  • Support during recovery from illness, travel, or heavy exertion
  • A screened, supervised setting with proper technique and monitoring
  • Integration with your broader program at the clinic
  • Clear, upfront pricing per protocol

What it can't do

  • Replace what a healthy gut absorbs perfectly well by mouth
  • Cure hangovers, burn fat, or detox anything: we won't claim it
  • Substitute for sleep, nutrition, and training
  • Be appropriate for every health picture: screening exists for a reason
  • Deliver benefits the evidence doesn't support
  • Be worth the cost for everyone: sometimes we'll recommend against it

How it works

From consultation to plan, in real medicine.

Even a hydration drip gets a clinical process here. It's quick, but it's real.

First visit

Consult & screening

A clinical conversation about what you're trying to accomplish and whether an IV protocol is the right tool, plus appropriate screening.

Same day when appropriate

First infusion

Run at the right rate with proper monitoring. Some protocols, like NAD+, are deliberately slow.

Defined

Series when indicated

Protocols that work as a series are defined upfront so you know the commitment.

Checkpoint

Honest reassessment

Did it accomplish the goal? Continue, adjust, or stop, with a straight answer.

Always

Part of the picture

Your IV history lives in your chart with the rest of your care, not on a receipt from a lounge.

Before you book

Questions everyone asks.

How much does IV therapy cost?
Protocol pricing is defined upfront per infusion or per series, with no surprises. If you're new to the clinic, a $99 targeted consult covers the screening conversation and gets your first protocol scheduled.
Can I just walk in for a drip?
We're a medical clinic, so your first infusion follows a screening conversation with a provider. After that, returning patients on established protocols can schedule quickly.
Do IV vitamins actually work better than pills?
For most healthy people with a functioning gut, oral works well and costs less, and we'll tell you that honestly. IVs earn their place for specific situations: rapid rehydration, protocols requiring supervised infusion, and select clinical pictures.
Do you do NAD+ IVs?
Yes, as slow, supervised infusions in a defined series, with an honest evidence conversation first. See our NAD+ page for the full picture.
Is this covered by insurance?
IV wellness protocols are generally cash-pay. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds where eligible, and pricing is always defined before you commit.

The next step

Clinical IVs, without the lounge.

Book a consult at our Houston clinic and we'll match the right protocol to what you're actually trying to accomplish, or tell you honestly if an IV isn't it.
