Before you decide

Good questions. Clear answers.

How much does the program cost?
The program starts at $249/month, depending on the medication and dose, and includes your GLP-1 therapy and monthly provider visits, with your dose adjusted as you go. Your $49 first consult is separate. The Tide is self-pay and does not bill insurance; many patients use HSA/FSA funds.
Which medications do you use?
When GLP-1 therapy is clinically appropriate, your provider reviews the options with you, including semaglutide and tirzepatide. FDA-approved brand-name products include Wegovy and Zepbound. Compounded preparations, when used, are not FDA-approved. Nothing is prescribed without a provider evaluation.
Will I lose muscle?
Protecting muscle is part of the plan: protein targets and resistance training guidance are built in, and your provider reviews your progress at every monthly visit. Results vary.
Do you take insurance?
No. The Tide is self-pay and does not bill insurance. That’s what lets us build care around time with your provider and real follow-up. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds.
What if my weight problem is hormonal?
Your provider looks at the hormonal and metabolic factors that can stall weight loss, and orders labs when they’re needed. Because we treat hormones under the same roof, your plan can address the whole picture.
